Links Corner website is unavailable for now as the hosting company have detected excess page requests, probably from bots, and this was affecting the performance of the server which hosts other sites as well.

I will be unable to investigate this problem until I return from holiday on the 9th.

I hope you can find the solution. Looks like an SSL certificate renewal issue

Relax is pretty well all you can do and there are plenty of events to play ( probably) But in all my years here I can never ever remember Links Corner being down like this. But my memory isn't the best LOL

be patient folk, this is a very solvable problem. It just take the time to get the new cert and then install on the servers web services. Done this many times during my have to go to work day. Remember how little we have to pay for the use of this and their site. They will be back.

Can I clarify a few things.

1. The message about secure certificates is a red herring. This is just a by product of the method the hosting company have used to deny access to the site when the malicious attacks started.

2. I have been in touch with the hosting company and suggested a way forward but I am still waiting for a reply from them.

3. I have various other things taking up my time just now which are more important than a golf game.
