No spy glass, but it is in the courses.

I even downloaded it again, but same message.

What does the in-game course manager tell you when you try to add it again?

It puts it right in and I see it. But,when I try to play plsa it says course not found and list spyglass hill.

Two versions a 2003.crz & .crz
Hit the GO button takes you to Links corner

Remove all copies of the course from the game, then add back just the one being used.
