Looks like it. But not my issue so maybe Links really doesnt like my pc.

That might work but might not if the problem is my aged PC etc. If I need a new pc, monitor etc is sounds like a lot of money.

Have to think about that as it's only for Links as everything else works fine as it is.

( not to mention I dont have a clue about reinstalling Links. Need to enlist help to get that done))

if i was in your shoes Roy, i would try taking your PC to nearest PC shop (seller/repairer) and get them to reinstall Links for you ......... you shouldn't have to pay much !

You might get the person that checked your registry setting to reinstall your video drivers via the device manager.

seems to be working GREAT now ...thanks soooo much for fixing it !!! my day just isn't right if i can't play LINKS to start it off !!!

Tried everything and no signs of life in terms of Links working online. Seeing no problems for anything apart from Links as everything else I use the pc for works just fine. Seems I will have to find the money to buy a new pc and hope for the best even though the pessimist in me isn’t confident even that will work.
