Who's making changes to the "Event List Options" File?

I don't care who is doing it, but when you run your changes you're UN-checking the "My Leagues" checkbox, and turning off my access to the League I'm in, too! And you're also turning off everyone else's access to their league! You probably only want to change the options for yourself, but apparently permissions are set to allow you to change everyone else's, too! When you apply the change, could you please click the checkbox for "My Leagues" so everyone doesn't have to do maintenance to undo your maintenance?
