Helm's Head & Higgi's Park

Postby MasterMontgomery on Fri Mar 16, 2007 3:42 pm

These are the two courses that Karen and I will be releasing this
year. Helm's Head wil be released first, and Higgi's Park will be late in the year.

Helm's Head is a course with a mountains setting, while Higgi's Park is to be
a municipal course. The plan is for Higgi's Park to be our last. It is
in honor of Roy whom has been one of the great players and gentlemen
of the game.

Looks Great Doug, can't wait they're finished.
That pic of Helm's Head looks very good. I was imagining how I would hit that shot, and it looks pretty difficult to hit it close to the pin. The raised green looks very scary.

Why are you stopping after this? Your courses are getting better all the time, do you guys fight about where to plant the trees? lol

We should make a tee for Roy about 100 yds behind the rest. :D
'
And know we do not fight , but we disagree some.
But the beta testers can disagree alot.

Awesome, is Helm's head dedicated after the legendary Andreas Helms who still roams these tours from time to time?

Will there be tourneys at the new Higgi Park called....'We kiss Roy's arse Invitational" ?? How about courses in honor of Ricky Morris, Paul Willey, Mike Schuetz, to name only a few. They came along before Roy, and were also gentlemen, and better than Roy at Links.
Lmao.

First of all, we are talking about two great looking golf course. Whether or not one of these courses recognize Roy Higgi's achievements at links is not an issue. Roy has earned the respect many have of his ability at this game we all love to play. That said, certainly there have been others who played equally as well and there is nothing stopping you (unless you are talentless at the apcd like me) from creating your own courses to honor those you mentioned.

And one last time in case you missed the initial point... this thread is about two very creative designers two great looking golf designs!

Douce:
You are certainly right about those guys. But i joined around the
time Roy did and i was of his era. That being said i just thought it
appropiate to do this. Again this is in no way to take away anything
from the greats of the game. Hope you understand my intentions
are to be good.
