PLSA round this morning

not sure who to talk to about this ... i was playing the 2nd round this morning ... if i remember right i hit my tee shot on the 10th hole and the program crashed ... started it up again and it says i cannot resume this tournament ... i just checked the web site and it says i'm playing !!! can someone help me please ??? i should be re-qualified with no penalties ...

never mind ... i took the re-qualify and the 2 stroke penalty and played round 2 ... if you can still take away the 2 stroke penalty that would be awesome cause i played like crap just now ... this morning i was -8 after 9 holes when the program crashed ... tonight i just shot -10 for the whole round !!!
