Turnberry Ailsa Course

Hi again, all,

I have the Turnberry Ailsa course, it plays off line normally, but will not play on the online 'Saturday Sunshine' comp. Is this the same course that is available on Links Corner, or anther?

Whoever did the event selected the Turnberry Beta version which is NLA at Links Corner. Even though when you go to download it shows beta version it has been updated to the new HD version. Both downloads give you newer version.
Those that are playing must still have the older version on their hard drive b-4 Links Corner changed it over.
So unless someone can offer it to you your not able to play.
Also they are not compatible since the beta is a par 72 7100yd course and newer is par 70 7200yd course according to the LC info.
I'll pm Mark and more than likely the beta will be removed unless someone can provide it.

Gibby, whatever version that I had, did not work. I downloaded the listed version, at Links Corner, and that one worked.

Must have been lack of coffee
When I went here http://linkscorner.org/courses/course.p ... =Turnberry Beta it showed course #2005 being downloaded.

Hi again, Gibby, after reading Bruce's mail I went back to LL and had the SAME courses as before. Then, after a while, the course listing changed, the HD version was gone, the Ailsa still there and ante pre-beta, but, at the top was the original beta course and YEA! all good now. I will later check to see what files the other two now have..
