Incorrect scorekeeping/lost career computer players

Postby handy_bob on Fri Jan 24, 2014 6:17 pm

I'm running W7x64 Pro with NVidia card. I had been running it for almost a year with no trouble but last week I noticed that the score keeper in the upper left corner in Career mode only showed my current score, not the total, while the other player's score showed the total. I contacted Mark at Links Country Pro Shop. He had never heard of the problem. I then confirmed which files I had to save and then uninstalled and reinstalled Links2003. Not only was my score problem still there but I lost my computer player partner and have not been able to get him back.

I can live with the score error if there is no fix but playing without a partner is the pits. Any ideas?

Click on links career, select a season, select a tourney and on the next page that comes up click on the play with another golfer tab

Since you did a reinstall make sure you have applied all necessary patches.

Thanks to Mississippi I got my partner back. Updating my NVidia drivers solved my scoring problem. Now if I could only hit the ball where I want it to go the world would be great.
