xtreme-g (nvidia) 97.44 graphics driver

very nice image quality. plus, i just fired up paint shop pro photo xi. normally, there are some graphics lags while everything is loading up. but pspxi loads/renders quite quickly with this driver. might do the same for links.

caveat. there are a few things i did i don't do normally. 1) i turned vertical sync on, 2) clamped negative bias, and 3) enabled triple buffering.

all work very well on an ancient graphics card.

ahhhhhhhhh but do they work with the game?" I have been considering upgrading my nVidia drivers from old 77.77 I d/l 93.71 drivers what ya think Terrell or should I go with the 97.44's? I have a GeForce 6600.

really hard to say. it just takes a coupla minutes to try a driver. if'n ya don't like 'em, it's very easy to fall back to the old one. i'm still using the xtreme-g 97.44s, but i'm also running an mx4000, which is lightyears behind the 6600. but links plays great.
