IP / Connection issue

[Flaxster]

I can't host or join games in matchmaker. When I get to the screen where I wait for my opponent to join, the IP address they show is completely different than the IP address my system tells me. I have 192.168 etc....., but the Links IP address starts with 79.something....could this be my problem and how do I fix it? thanks. My firewall is off and I even unhooked my router for direct connection
