Clearing the Cache

Getting a "stopped due to error" message when attempting to view the standings of the tourneys I'm playing in both in the Arcade filter mode and the LSPN Official Events mode and notice that CharlieB indicated he had this problem at one time too and "cleared his cache" and cleared the error message ...

What is the cache he cleared and how might I go about clearing mine ?
