can't send data

This problem also came up under "no problem". I was on a different tournament,everything went fine until the game was to send in the data to the server. The dialog box never changed to ok,for me to click, thus ending the game. There is no way for me to end my -8 first game unless I get disqual.,that I know of. I am afraid all the games may be like this. Could someone please help.
