When trying to use Match Maker and go to join a group to play I always get the "no connection" message. My Firewall is turned off when I launch. Any ideas????? Help.

if ALL your firewalls are turned off, it might be your router blocking you.

or the problem might lie with the host,s firewall or router blocking you. ask the host if they are able to host before trying.

Gibby,

Don't think I didn't look at this. Obviously it was of no help so I thought I would try to find help through someone who might have had the similar problem. BTW, is there something in here that discuss's "Connection Failed" messages?

How to Join a Game

3. You will receive a download in your browser.
- If you have a pop-up blocker you may need to allow the download.
- Internet Explorer users, once you see the Run/Save box, click on Run. You will have to click Run twice.
- Firefox users, you have to Save the file, then Open it.
4. That's it!

How to start a Game (Host)

- Firefox users, you have to Save the file, then Open it.

What the download file does
