Lobby issues

When I try to join a game room I download the file and open it but keep getting this dialog box...

" the Directplay game could not be launched: 887703f2 Failed to start application"

Anyone seen this b4 or Know how to help ?
I'm using firefox and have completed the portforwarding instructions ?
