How can I use a course that is not in the drop-down list?

I wanted to use Adam's Tree in a tournament, but it's not listed in the drop-down list of courses that you get when you set up a tournament. How can i add Adam's Tree to that list?

You could ask nicely for the course to be added. I would suggest you post in the Lobby, Bruce is more likely to see it there (though he'll probably see it here as well)
