This version of Congressional CC is one the original Microsoft courses. It's available for purchase at Links Country Club.

ds3224...Dave pointed you to the correct spot to get congressional CC. I would caution you on purchasing that 1 golf course for $2.99 tho.
On the page of the link he directed you to on the right hand side it offers all 47 original Microsoft courses for $12.00 which brings the cost per course down to less than 26 cents per course. Unless you have at at least 42 of the 47 available in that package on your hard drive it would be prudent to get the package in lieu of the single course.

I have all the courses in creation except Congressional so I guess I can't play CLSC unless I can get the course from someone...
