Install new Links download

Had to get new hard drive and bought links again but trying to download get message Error opening file for writing, program files (x86)(links 2003/.Screen goes black with links outline inside in black.

You shouldn't have to repurchase links anytime you have a computer problem. Put the links install download on a flash drive
