Game start graphics pausing indefinitly.

This minor issue has been bugging me for years. It seems to be intermitant since it isn't always the same course that does this.The bar across the bottom of the indicating "Loading ### course" indicates 100% but doesn't disappear so that the first tee box can appear. Since I have the small fairway and green windows activiated, I can tee off. Anyone have an explanation?
