when i am practicing my green speed in moderate medium is like version 1.05 but when i just played a tourney royal melbourne the putting is like ver. 1.07, i have all the patches. i would just like the speed to be the same in 1.07 in practice mode and online tourneys, any help would be very much appreciated.

You likely just havent spotted that when selecting green firmness or green speed, both the old pre-mod speeds and the post-mod (challenging) settings are listed and available. You need to actively scroll down and select the challenging settings further below the pre-pod settings. In your case you want it to display:
"Conditions...
[wind setting]
Green Hardness is MODERATE (Challenging)
Green Speed is MEDIUM (Challenging)"
