No Games in games listing - help

i am fairly new to this and aafter i try to join a tournament it comes up with no games found. what am i doing wrong?

on this homepage, choose 'the arcade' (rather than lspn official events) under options. and/or filter on anything other than 'novice' under skill level within the game.
