Direct Connection Problems - Can host, but can't join???

Hey guys, I have been having a slight problem lately trying to join a direct IP connection game. The only way I can play is if I am the host. I have my Linksys WRT54G Router set correctly and all the right ports are forwarded, my UPNP is enabled and I have even turned off all the firewalls (Router, McAfee & Windows). Still no luck..... ANY IDEAS????

NEVER MIND.... Got it figgered out. I disabled the DHCP setting in the wireless router to let the modem get the IP address and now I'm good to go...
