It means that the patch didn't find the file it was expecting to replace. That is, v1.02 of the game expects to update v1.00 of the game and you have already patched to a later version (perhaps 1.05, 1.06 or even 1.07). If you want to apply the 1.02 patch, then you need to install v1.00 from the CDs, then run the 1.02 patch followed by the 1.05 patch and the 1.07 patch.

1.02 patch is included in 1.07 update.
If I remember correctly something in 1.02 patch was missing from 1.07 but was fixed. But you should have this down pat by now Jim as often as you've done it
