LINKS 2003 CRASHING TOO OFTEN

I have a new LENOVO Ideacentre 700-25ish with a i5-6400 2.7 Ghz processor and a NVIDIA GE FORCE GT 730 graphics card. I set the links resolution to something like 980x980 (highest allowed of choices) in order to get HD. It all works about 80% of the time. However, it crashes far too often and twice in the same tournament, leaving me to quit in frustration with all the penalties. It crashes immediately after the swing most of the time. I am going to try playing offline like I did with my old DELL computer. Anyone have any ideas?

I forgot to mention that I am using Windows 10 with my Lenovo system.

Try turning off all sounds and then see

well that sounds a whole lot better than that shell of a HP you had a couple months ago

set your sound options like this,play offline and see if it takes care of the crashes

I would also uncheck the Main Sound Script Sounds box.
