game is crashing when playing

Have a new laptop; 17" windows 8.1; video card: intel (R) H.D.Graphics 5500... this happens where playing in tournement or this playing . have display set at:1280x800 32 bit. not sure it the problem is with the card or something else. I down loaded links 3 from the pay site. Did not add anything except a few courses ( have over 400 on my desktop) just need to get this taken care of, so One Day I can beat Ernie in PxP. thanks for you time and any suggestions are welcome.
