Cannot connect with tournament after playing round

All of a sudden, after completing a round, I am not being connected to submit my stats. It has happened twice in a row while playing off line. I also played a round on line and the same thing happened. Have not made any changes to computer recently. Any ideas?

Did some more poking around with the connection and think I have solved the problem.
