Anyone running Links on a 2560 x 1440 monitor? Running it at full res?
Thoughts?

I have the GPU firepower, but not the monitor. Considering an upgrade for other reasons, but Links is always a consideration whenever I make any rig alterations. :)

Thx,
AJ

My Imac is 27" 2560x1440 resolution. The highest setting I have on Links is 1920x1200 32bit. I can run that in a window or select full screen but it's still 1920x1200 res. I figured this was the highest resolution possible for Links. If theres a way to set it higher it would be good to know.

I have a nice Dell U2713HM I looked with a Hex Editor but it seems the values for the extra added resolutions by
the 1.07 patches are not under the usual String they should be..so there is a ghetto way that does work

if you are on Nvidia just set the game to 1920 x 1200 then go to Nvidia Control Panel then Adjust Desktop Size and position, click Full Screen then select GPU where it says perform scaling on and tick override the value set by games, then it should display links in full screen glory..if it starts off windowed, just press Alt + Enter and that should make it go full screen.

I have never had an ATI card so if you are on ATI there is also a way to do this as well.
