Links Sports.NET

I cant quite understand why when I click on the links tour its telling that AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILST TRYING TO START LINKS 2003 . PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE INTERNET EXPLORER 5.0 OR HIGHER INSTALLED AND TRY AGAIN.

I have reinstalled Links2003 and on first entering went stratight thru to the Join Tour window. But as I have already registered under Links2001 i cant re-register.

i just searched the forums for internet+explorer+5 and came up with a boatload of topics on the subject. however, after reading through a couple, i think the consensus is to redownload/reinstall this:
