Links Sports.NET

I was having aproblem using large courses. My laptop would just shut off. running XP on a toshiba m45 with a gig of ram. My keyboard was getting hot, so I started thinking it might be overheating. did some googling and bam, it was. the techtalk mentioned running memory and cpu intensive programs. So it suggested that the cpu heatstink and or the fan may be clogged with dust. It certainly was in my case. cleaned it up, and problem is resolved. just a heads up.

Your problem was a Computers 101 problem, not anything to do with Links.

And, if you are really using Links 2001, you aren't playing any HD Links courses, since they only work in Links 2003.
