requalifying isn't available yet for 2k3 or 2k1.

I noticed on the Home page that it stated the re-qualifer was now active and working. So I got out of a tournament and when I went back in to requalify, it stated that this tournament doesn't allow requalifying. Without anything posted in the game, how do we know if we can get back into a game once we have been disqualified?

its ready , but only for newly created tourneys.
