hi
i keep getting a error message "download failed: connecting to host. how do i fix is.

what are you trying to download from where, and with what, e.g. http, ftp, getright, etc?

Afraid I know nothing of Matchmaker and can't help. But have you tried typing "download failed" (or something similar) into the search tab to see if anyone has already had and resolved this problem?

it might be your popup blocker.......allow LSPN as a trusted site. try that.

If you've upgraded to IE7 recently, you need to add this website to your trusted sites queue, then go to custom level and allow popups from your trusted sites list.

I have had that issue a few times- I simply refresh the web page and the "start" button reappears and usually works the 2nd or 3rd time...
