HELP Please

I am new to the network and have a problem. Here goes when I try to join a game I click on the game I want to play in then when the start botton appears i hit it then the launch button appears and that is where it stops i have waited 10 minutes and nothing can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. My pop up blocker is off so is my virus can. thanks for any help you can give me

You say nothing about clicking on the launch button..........are you doing it and nothing happens, or did you miss that step?
