max_war's post had a pretty good suggestion for testing. not so good resolution. but these posts should get you started in resolving your problem.

I have a Linskys WRT150N, and I have entered the information shown. At the bottom of the page, it says "You should see another page of settings that need to be entered inot one of the blank lines on your router's Single Port Forwarding or Port Range Forwarding page. Go ahead and enter those settings now." I don't see another page of settings. Don't know where to look, or what you are referring to. So I did what was in the instructions, then tried to enter an online game. after turning off popup blocker, allowing through firewall and antivirus, I tried to connect to a game, and got "connection failed" please help.

When you select a specific router, scroll down to add a custom service, and details need to add the port. I would like to add that each 史蒂夫皮茨's instructions, before long, he found that you need to forward port 80.

Oh my! I can't believe my old post from 2006 is still here! I found out, way back then, that the #1 reason MOST people can't get this to work is because...drum roll please...the don't setup their computer with a STATIC IP ADDRESS!

No, I'm not going to tutor ANYBODY for how to do this. It is laid out in very plain text how to do it on that page, and it's not that hard to do.

But it amazes me sometimes to go back and see how dense I could be back then! I guess we were all younger, once upon a time!
