connection failure

I am new to the match maker site and I'am having a problem with getting the games to launch When I hit Start, Run (x2) it goes to the Links setup screen but then I get a connection failed error message

Hey Stone- IF that message states"Download failed resolving host name", simply refresh the web page and the start button should re-appear. Make sure your firewall is configured to allow Links exe and some have had to change security settings in IE (if that's your browser) to "medium-low"...
Occasionally it may take as many as 3 refreshes to connect-
