Convert 3d into Links2003

Does anyone know a free or trial program I can covert a 3d image (from sketchup5) to the APCD? Also, I am just learning to use both programs so if you know how I can do it from eaither program itself let me know.

"I wrote a 3D import from 3DS Max application but could never quite get the textures to work. MS use a modified LZW compression technology that I have no access to. I did get a spaceship to import but had to use one of the pre existing textures from an existing 3D object.

I am just looking for a program to do this without having to make it a TGA 2d pic.
