Lately , when I joined in the Augusta tournament,I was taken to Troon instead.
Any reason.

Sure hope Jim gets back to us on this one. I love trying to solve mysteries, but this one has me stumped.

figuring out which tournament(s) he's talking about, or why troon is loading versus augusta?

My masterplan was to figure out which tourney Jim was referring to, then risk incurring Barry's wrath by joining that tournament (with no intention whatsoever of completing it) to see if I get sent to Troon also ...

Then, if I did become Troonbound, I'd report back to you and let you do all the hard techwork and figure out why it happened.

not a bad idea actually. i've done that several times, and i don't think you get put on the leaderboard until you goto the course. i've checked course versions many times, without incurring the wrath of barry (other things, just not that).

i'm afraid if what jim describes is in fact occurring, i'd have no idea. my guess would be dc is playing with the course database, and has to be fixed by him.

"Augusta National 2", amateur, stroke. When I try to play, it says Augusta for round one, and that I need Troon North Monument Course for rds. 2-4.

Also, when u set up a tourney with Latrobe Fall, u get Latrobe Summer. I've e-mailed Mark about this, but not fixed yet.

I haven't come across the discrepancy in this tournie grouping ,but I'm still looking. However , I said that "lately" I've been led to troon instead of Augusta, not necessarily this group of tournies.

i have the same problem today. i'm playing in the Looney Toons Open VI event. rounds 1 -3 played fine, but round 4 at augusta brings up troon north.

the "looney" in the title of the event may go far to explain the odd course requirement. lw
