DIFFERENT COURSES

I know that setting up all the tournies is a pain . But , why can't each level have its own set of different courses to play from another level . I am asking alot . We use to let the winner of one of the tournaments set it up his way . That would take some work away from admin to do it . We could assign one member to set up each level . It is just a way of """Shaking things up "" to get a push of life back into playing .
