RESTRICTED TOURNAMENTS IN 2K1

Could anyone please enlighten me as to why the following are restricted tournaments in 2k1 and why I am being restricted from entering them? RAW, PLSA AND STBL. I am also unable to enter the remaining one CLSC as I don't have the LS version of Phoenix Country Club.
