mark unfair to sandbaggers

for the last several weeks, i've been comfortably sandbagging my way through the flight h tournaments (mostly because i'm the only one playing). i just logged in to see if i could top my first round score (attempt to break par), and there's a message about flights and handicaps have been reset because peeps have been playing in the wrong flights. durn right! the reset has me in flight b! there's not a single person i can beat in flight b in my wildest imagination. please bring back sandbagging.
