Chris:

I like the requal for my previously stated reasons. However, I do believe it should come with a penalty attached. I thought the way it was before, with one free and then 2 & 4 strokes was fine. If your getting hit with 2 or 4, it's fairly hard to catch up with the quality of players out there, but at least can finish and not waste the spot when the field is limited. Like KC, I like to play for fun, but still like to see if I can pull off those couple good rounds and get past bottom of list. Like the tourneys though and Shloss is one tough one from backs in CHAMP!

Thanks for all of the tips, Terell. I'm kind of a computer know nothing. I think I have the right version- the original , not 2005. I deleted and redownloaded, and still no luck. I keep all of my courses in the "courses" file. Is that a not smart thing to do? Load times are not super fast, but nothing on my computer is! Thanks again for your tips. If I miss Whack this time it just means somebody else will have to finish last.

do ya mean you redownloaded v1.05? i've seen several threads in the last coupla weeks where that's worked. but we've never had to do that before. i'm not quite sure what's changed.

glad you got it sorted. and i'll be racing you for last in the wack n hack. it's eating my lunch, but i'm enjoying it immensely (wonder what that means?).

Thanks Chris for editing my unclear message. Thanks also for putting on a great tourney. Thanks Terell for the help. I'm pretty new to things, but I am amazed how nice and helpful people on this site are. You are going to have to run pretty fast to catch me at the bottom, Terrell! Maybe I can make a go of it, I like wagga and cambrian. We'll see.

So, there is always tomorrow. Wagga was mean and I hate my driver. I think I have a lock on last. I hope I still get to enjoy a cold one at the finish line.

i think i enjoy links the way i do because it mirrors closely my irl game. i tend to hit big drives, i'm always AROUND the green from anywhere, but then my chipping and putting becomes a roller coaster ride. where'd i put those charts?

Sorry Cunuck, you were in contention. Terrell had an amazing final round on a hard course to claim victory. wow. And he says his putter doesn't work. Terrell, spend a day with me and I'll show you what "doesn"t work" means! Looking forward to playing next tourney. I'm thinking "not last" is in my grasp.

thanks, frip, but no one was more amazed than me. interesting scoring anomaly however. glaswolf had the same score, though the final didn't reflect it.

which means i still haven't won a tournament outright. which means i'm pumped for the next wack n' hack.

Wack n Hack 4 ...is up ! 6 requalifiers...1 penalty per requalifier, plus the multiplier is on.

someone requalify a bunch of times so we can see how the mulitplier works

until the system here is more dependant, there will be lots of requalifiers avaliable.
