v1.07 Handicaps & Flights

This is something I didn't think about in much detail when moving to combine MOD and 2k3. Right now your handicap/flight is based on the difficulty/swing type/game. However, with only 1 game now your handicap/flight will be the same no matter which conditions you choose. I don't think this will be a big deal but I wanted to let you guys know.

Also, I'm going to wait 2 weeks before holding more handicaps/flights so those who used to play MOD only can re-establish their handicap.
