1..start up links2003
2..click online
3...click links tour
4...enter your name and password from this site (exactly the same)
5.....pick a tournament....all stats will end up on this site.

remember the way you have tournment options set on this site http://www.lspn.net/ affect what is avaliable in links2003

You should also download Autosnap V2.0
This will improve your score significantly.

and if you just wanted to play a friendly game (most of the time anyway) that is non-tour, click on the Match Maker tab next to the Forum tab after reading the directions listed on the following link:
