Looking good Doug.

That doesn't look like Roy. He's not wearing a crown.

Good news Doug.

Paul Wiley is the only player I know deserving of a crown and it was for more than just his play!!

Dave, I will admit Paul and Lori-Ann were two of the nices people I met at the VGA. He was certainly a gentleman and praised every player that made it to the finals and never put down how they played to get there.

This is not saying that Roy is not at all the gentleman that Paul was. Roy can also play at any level and gives no excuses when he is beat and always gives credit to the player that does.

Oh, I heard that the 1.07 ver. will have a Roy Higgi ani. incorporated in it. They may have one at LC already.

Just a correction, Dave. It is Willey, and you are correct. Paul is/was the king of Links golf, but there are others who deserve honorable mention, and Roy is one of them.

no harm

Postby MasterMontgomery on Sat Jul 07, 2007 10:14 pm

This certainly is not to slight anyone. Roy started about the
same time as i did, some earlier. But he has been quite good
and popular. So no big deal, just hope the course turns out nice.

I just played it today, and it's a great course.
You can tell it was created by someone who played for years, because there are certain challenges and opportunities only an experienced Links player will recognize.

Hopefully we can get this added to the course list!
