In Need of Basic Info on Tourneys

Postby BopColtrane57 on Wed Jul 04, 2007 12:38 pm

Hey, Just making my way around the site for the first time today. I'm not able to figure out how to join and play in a tournament. Anyone care to walk me through the step(s) in order to get started. I'm anxious to play. I know I'm probably just one click away, but I don't know which click it might be. Thanks.

Go to "home"...next to matchmaker and scroll till you see the picture below, there you need to click one of the circled links to run an exe file to show links where to find the tournies listed at this site, click the one that pertains to the game your playing

next, you'll go back to "home"......click on "options" and filter all the tournies you want to see when you fire up Links. After all appropriate check marks are made, click the" submit query" button to make the changes take effect.

Fire up links, look over the tournies and pick one and go. Make sure you have the correct courses for any chosen tourny.

1.......yes, those scores are real

2.......No, nobody is cheating

3.......you will be flighted after 3 official tournies are completed

4......No handi-cap tournies as of yet

5..... There is no website to freely obtain Microsoft courses

6.....Tournies begin and end late Sunday night/ Monday morning

7.....Roy Higgi is not a computer program, those scores are real

8.....Have fun and welcome to LSPN

9.....Questions?
