Test server changes have been migrated to live server

Ok, I've moved the changes over to the main site that should fix the round submission problems. Let me know if anyone still has trouble or if they see someone still submitting 5 rounds.

Also, the Options tab is active with new filters. The filters affect both the web site and in-game event lists.
