being penalized

Why am I assessed 2 strokes penalty when as I was just playing a regular game and the program just quit on me. Programming fault created the shutdown. Why was I disqualified? Are the game condition programmed this way? Very unfair and this is not the first time.

Again today on a different course/tournament my game was termitted and I was disqualified, and penalized for re-instating to play.
What is going on?? Is this a manipulation by game administrators or faulty programing??

What do you mean by termitted (terminated?). Is the game reverting back to your desktop and closing? What exactly is happening?
