Where do I find it?

Went to Links Corner looking for OslerBrook Golf & CC. They don't have it. Where can I find it?

As I remember It's a very nice designed Golf Course, except some corrections need to be done.
One there are a couple of holes that are missing on the greens, when you try to putt the hole disappears, the other correction that needs to be done is if you hit your ball in the water you can play it from there instead of taking a drop. Outside of these two glitches it's a nice design of the real life course.
