How can a player avoid a two stroke penalty for an abandoned round?

Didn't your Daddy ever teach you not to start something you can't finish?

If the tournament is set up with "resumes" without penalties then it can be done, but that would be resuming your round. Most "requalifies" are set up with a penalty. Finish the round you started would be my suggestion. Just sayin.

I should have mentioned that if you computer locks up or some other fluke, often when you re-enter Links, it will say your last round was interrupted and would you like to resume... or words to that effect.

If that doesn't work and the tourney is set up to allow replays, it's a two-stroke penalty and unavoidable as far as I know.
