PLSA Schedule for calendar year 2024

Postby GoesForIt on Tue Aug 29, 2023 4:07 pm

2024 should be easier (on me) than prior years. My research will be limited to finding better courses for some tourneys and deciding on the courses for those tournaments that have different course from year-to-year (like U.S. Open, PGA, The Open, etc).

There may be additional tourneys during weeks when the Tour is out of the U.S. Not sure yet.

A good bit of fine tuning but this should be close. For courses that have not been used in the past, have to go through the fair pin position routine. Some just carry over. Glenn Braden may have TPC San Antonia past BETA by tournament time, but the BETA looks real good and I'll use it.

We'll also have the 2024 Olympics. It's at Le Golf in France. I've asked Steve Sullivan to help me with a suitable substitute.

Actually, Harpo has it worse that me in some ways. I prepared the courses, but he has to deal with many more players. I only hope Steve Sullivan (EURO and EUHCP) gets the headache of many more players on the DP World Tour.

Remember "LEAGUES" tab at the top of LSPN page, then request induction into a league.

Honestly, my order of play is almost always EURO, EUHCP and then PLSA. I also play ChampQ (always) and HDCP (occasionally).

Also, don't be intimidated by the fact that RoyHiggi et al are playing in the league. Find someone you're competitive with and try to best them. For me, in PLSA, it's albatros. In EURO, it's Steve and Rick.

Heh, awful generous of you, Doug. Once in a blue moon I might beat you, but I have a blast striving to achieve that feat.
