PLSA FedEx Cup Points (Pro) after ZOZO

Postby Harpo on Thu Oct 20, 2022 5:49 am

Week 4 ZOZO tourney brought out a few new names to the leaderboard. There were still a few new names that played but did not finish. I watched DirkPitt play his last three rounds in what seemed like 10 min. (fast player) after a so-so start to soar to the #2 spot. Echoes is playing good the past 2 weeks with top 3 finishes.

2 hole-in-one players this week: RUSHMAN Rd2 Hole #4 and LostSoul51 Rd4 Hole #4

Just FYI, I looked at the PGA Tour page for FedEx points and can verify ties take all the positions tied, add them up and divide by the number of ties.

Example...

1st 272 500
2nd 273 300
3rd 273 190
4th 273 135
5th 274 110

300 + 190 + 135 = 625 / 3 = 208.3333 = 208 (rounded down if < .5, rounded up if >= .5)

At least that's what I'll do on Champ for rounding.

Yes, that is what I have been doing. Those numbers just happen to happen in the Shriner's Open.
