Would $250 million be sufficient?

QUESTION:
can real life LIV League players return to the regular PGA tours to play in the established Majors ?
or have they been banned from the regular tours ?

e.g. can Aussie LIV League player Cam Smith play in next year's British Open to defend his title ?

The Majors are not run by the pga tour.At this time, if they meet the qualifications (past champs, world ranking to name a couple) they can still play. At this time, Cam is still eligible, as are other exempt past champs.
